*All credit card transactions are done through our web page at dreamgreentoledo.com and have a 3.3% + $0.30 finance charge. All credit card processing fee’s are non-refundable, these are kept by the processing company.
*Past due invoices will have a late fee of $25.00 or 5% of the balance due, whichever is greater, reoccurring every month until the balance is paid.
*Most Plants have a 1-year guarantee, we will let you know if they don’t and why.
*Handyman material purchased by us has a 1-year warranty.
All deposits are 100% refundable up to the time material is purchased. Refunds take 2-3 weeks to process and credit card processing fees are non-refundable, they are kept by the processing company.
